"I was extremely pleased with Don’s team. Firstly, their follow up is extremely thorough. Allyson was great at following up with me every 6 months over the course of 2 years to ensure I was getting the best rates. When we were able to accomplish that, she was not only kind but totally professional and made sure I had everything needed as well as explained things thoroughly. I fell behind between work and home life and forgot to sign some paperwork. Doug was so kind when texting me to gently remind me and when I called needing further explanation of the documents to properly understand them, he was not only professional and courteous but extremely patient with my many questions and call backs. "I met Don I already been with another agent and company for long time. Curious of what might have been he educated me not just quote me. Not only I save more but I got better coverage than what I have before. If you need an insurance agent that cares call Don. He add piece of mind and allows me to sleep better at night knowing I am well insured. Don is trusted and reliable. 5 years later update: I am still client of Don and his office.
