"I had a fantastic experience with Joseph at Don Haneline State Farm. I was in a bit of a pinch and needed insurance coverage quickly after my divorce was finalized. I went online found this nearby agency and completed an application for a quote.Having been a State Farm customer before-back when I was single- I had always appreciated the personal connection with my local agent. So while I was grateful for the speed and efficiency of the online process I also assumed that might be the end of the personal touch I valued in the past. The application process itself was easy and thorough it applied discounts appropriately and within minutes I had a quote paid for my policy and received my documents. But here's where it got great: literally the moment I clicked complete I received a call from Joseph. He introduced himself and asked thoughtful follow-up questions to ensure my coverage truly fit my needs, and even gave helpful advice about getting my tag renewed. That conversation felt authentic and genuine there was no pushy upselling just real care and attention. That one call made me feel confident that I'm in good hands. It reassured me that if I ever do have an issue I can trust Joseph and the team to be there for me. Kudos to Joseph and the Don Haneline State Farm agency- thank you for going above and beyond!"

"This State Farm team is excellent. Don helped me when I was setting up from TN to FL. He made the experience seamless. Recently, Doug has been very prompt, helpful, thorough, and efficient. "Updated!!! **** The end of this review was written and I forgot to submit it. I needed to update and get some documents sent to me after purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my other vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with the follow three account specialists. Joseph, Allison, and Doug. Every single one of them have excellent customer service skills. They all listen to what is needed and do a great job of getting what is needed done in a quick manner. They are all very plesant to speak to and I would highly recommend this office due to having the nicest and most helpful staff.
